Job Summary:
Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for child development participants. As a Child Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire Child Development Programming: Coaching, Training, Customer Service, Hiring & Staffing, Marketing, Inquiries, and leading by example while coaching weekly classes.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
  • Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
  • Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your programs
  • Adhere to strict safety rules for child development participants
  • Manage and organize Coaching Staff weekly.
  • Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons
  • Distribute all marketing initiatives each session
  • Communication before and after classes with parents about the program
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly trainings
  • Required to work consistent shifts throughout each session
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by General Manager
 
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
  • Prior experience as a coach, but not required
  • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with management, staff and with customers
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
 
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
