POSITION SUMMARY:
The Office Manager is responsible for answering incoming calls, processing registrations and assisting with social media marketing for the facility. We are looking for a full-time front desk/customer service manager with prior customer service experience! Someone who is personable, friendly, outgoing, quick to train and wants to be part of an exciting fast paced environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls, process over the phone registrations, maintain social media accounts for the facility and provide excellent customer service to our clients/guests
- Be the first point of contact for our guests and assist with general inquires/registrations
- Nights and weekends are a must
- Computer proficiency a must
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Answering incoming calls
- Be knowledgeable about all facility programs/offerings (pricing, seasons start/end dates, times/ages of programs, etc.)
- Update program literature as needed (season to season), and distribute event flyers in facility
- Maintain social media accounts for the facility
- Process customer registrations for programming, classes and camp
- Keeping front desk and surrounding front areas clean and orderly
- Booking field/court rentals, batting cages and more
- Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned
- Know and enforce the facility policies and procedures
- Basic cash register use for concessions
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays etc.)
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult situations
- Respectful and friendly to our guests, visitors, and team members
- Take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
- Commitment to the safety and well-being of others
- Cash handling experience preferred or the ability and desire to learn
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Will be required to sit for extended periods of time operating a computer
- Office and facility have intermittent noise
- May be required to lift up to 25lbs waist high
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
